6 miles at 9:45.....PM.  I played Mr Mom yesterday and today and so running was hard to come by.  I had wanted to take Ryan in the stroller last night after work but he was having a hard time with his mom being gone so Friday was shot.  We woke up today to 50 degrees, wind and rain so no stroller run this morning.  We spent the afternoon/evening with family and were finally home about 9:00 so after putting Ryan down for the night, I grabbed a quick 6 miles.  Better than nothing, right?  It was very wet, cold and dark but I felt it was a small victory because I could have easily passed on the workout and gone to bed instead.

Sure does. It feels better to run in the usual AM, but some days you take it when you can get it, right?
