AM: Bend, on a treadmill because I didn’t pack clothing for 24 degrees. Incline between 3-8% the entire time. 

PM: 5 miles on Ridgeline Trail in Eugene. Lots of up/down.

Seems a shame to be in Bend and run on a treadmill. Better than hypothermia, though.

I like to think I'm tough when it's cold...but no way I'm running outside in only a t-shirt in 24 degrees. Last time I was in Bend, I forgot a running shirt all together and had to run shirtless. Not a problem in August!
