Nice and easy 8.5 miles this morning.  Nothing too exciting, although I did wear gloves for the first time.  I didn't really need them after I got going, but that's okay.  No effects from Saturday's run.

9 more miles tonight after work.  I was going to get up at 4 tomorrow and run, but that sucks.  Running twice in 1 day just sucks less, so that's the plan I went with.  Nice and easy, with the ipod, right at 7:00/mile pace.  Pacing was even; there was only a 15 second difference between the first half and the second half.

You rock!! How come you didn't run the St. George Marathon?

Uh...thanks. I moved to Oregon a few months ago, as well as work on the East coast, which prevented me from running the SGM.
