7 miles on the hotel treadmill. I kept the pace easy for the first 5 miles, then mixed in 4x400m 'strides,' each a bit faster than the previous one (5:50 pace, 5:40, 5:30, and 5:10 for the final one). It felt fast on my legs (but heck, 8:00/pace feels fast to me on the treadmill) but easy on my lungs. Feeling good. |
