It ain't Chinese algebra!

11.7 miles in Richland, WA. First run of the week and I've been eating BAD (junk food and too much of it). Not a good combination...

Back home after a long week of travel.

5 miles in Las Vegas, on the hotel treadmill.

AM: Rainy morning- 8 miles. Fell off the wagon last week; low motivation lately.

PM: 5 miles in Roseburg.

9.2 mikes in Roseburg, Oregon. Small town, but I liked it..

AM: 5.4 miles in my neighborhood

Boise. First 2 miles were miserable due to cold wind/rain and I nearly went back to the hotel but thankfully it stopped and the ext 5 miles were great.

My neighborhood. 

Boise. Early run before work. The time zone change is rough sometimes. Ran downtown and around campus.

Ran 1/4 mile with my youngest, then out for another 7.75 by myself. 

In SLC for a couple days. Ran from the hotel to Liberty Park, did 3 (or 4?) laps, then made my way back. 

Basically the same run as yesterday; hotel to Liberty Park, 4 laps, and back.

Delayed flight out of SLC yesterday. We finally left about 9:45 and 20 minutes into the flight the airplane hit a bird, so we turned around and returned to SLC. Originally they thought the plane was ok, but then decided to swap with another. We finally left around 11:30 and landing 2 hours later. I eventually crawled into bed at 2:00 AM. The result was just 5 miles this morning, a small victory.

AM: 5 miles at home on Wells Loop

PM: 6.2 miles in Tri-Cities. 

8.5 miles along the river in Richland

6.6 miles around the neighborhood.

AM: 7.1 miles at home. 

PM: 3.1 miles in Roseburg. 

7.4 miles in Roseburg. Fun town to run; very rolly streets on the east side. Reminds me of Medford back in 2008-2009. 

Ran to Evergreen HS and church, then home. Miles 8 & 9 were 5:30’s and felt pretty good, which was a surprise. 

Dog Park and back. Then took my kids to get donuts. 

Irvine, CA. I ran a canal trail out 5 miles, then back...but at mile 9 I took a left and thought it would lead me back to my hotel. Nearly 4 miles later, I finally found my place. The problem was I could see the hotel, but major freeways prevented me from easily reaching my destination. Good thing meetings don't start until late morning.
