Bend, OR and I didn’t pack for freezing rain and snow that was falling last night and this morning, so all on the treadmill. Podcasts on the treadmill make it tolerable.

My son recently convinced me to listen to Podcasts instead of music on the TM...what a difference it makes in helping the time and drudgery go by! I have been listening to Revisionist History by Malcolm Gladwell a lot!

Agreed--huge difference! I'll check out Revisionist History...I like Gladwell's stuff.
I'm all over the place with sports, personal finance, business, etc. All of it more entertaining than music or TV.
