AM: 10 miles around GP.  I finally feel back to normal after TOU.  Now I just need to get my weekly mileage back where it needs to be.

AM #2: 2 hours and 3 pancakes later....I ran around the hospital and Albertsons with Ryan while breaking in a new pair of shoes.  They felt pretty good although there is no way I'd wear them for anything beyond a 10K.  Perhaps they'll grow on me.

Looks like you're getting back to normal. Glad to see it!

Yeah, it felt like I was out of it forever. Can't wait to get the week started!
